There are two situations:
1. Damaged in transit. Please take pictures before opening the package. If you need to claim compensation for damage, photos will be used as proof.
2. The problem with the bed itself. Although the beds we send out are all new, there is also a small defective rate. In this case, we will provide a free replacement or refund service. please check our Return Policy.

The delivery time contains 2 parts:
1. Handle Time: 2 – 5 business days
2. Delivery Time: 3 – 7 days (based on your location and FedEx/UPS)

After we handle the package, your package will ship out of the warehouse, and you will receive the order completed email, which includes track numbers.
