  • Bank Transfers: Available for wholesale orders only. Please contact us at support@coolkidsbed.com to request our bank details.

Billing Currency

All transactions are settled in USD ($). Our company is registered in Hong Kong, so please make sure your Credit Card supports international payment. If you use a different currency, the exchange rate will be determined by your payment gateway, and conversion fees may apply.

Fee Breakdown

  • Product Price: As shown on each product page in USD.
  • Shipping: Free as per our shipping policy (no hidden charges).
  • Sales Tax: Calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state/local laws – shown at checkout.
  • Additional Fees: We charge no extra fees beyond those clearly displayed at checkout.

Payment Process

Credit Card (Stripe)

  1. Choose your shipping address or create a new one.
  2. Enter your Card Details and click “Submit”.
  3. Finish the Credit Card 3D Secure authentication.
  4. Your Payment will be processed and a preauthorization email will be sent to your email inbox.

Klarna

Klarna (or SOFORT) is an online banking payment service that enables you to use e-banking to make quick and secure bank transfers. Select Klarna at checkout and follow the instructions to complete your payment.
