We live in a smaller suburban home where every square inch counts, and this unit is a total lifesaver.The Full XL size for the top loft is perfect because it gives my son that extra legroom he needs as he grows. The Murphy bed underneath is the real star, though. During the day, he folds it up to have a massive floor area for gaming or hanging out with friends. When it’s time for a sleepover, it pulls down in seconds. It’s the ultimate “transformer” furniture.
Assembly: Be prepared-it arrives in several heavy boxes and will take you a solid afternoon (or two) to put together. I highly recommend having a second person to help with the heavy lifting and a power drill to speed things up.
